- made a green smoothie for lunch
- talked to Adela re choosing to transition to Bethany Smith in Huonville
- made hummus
- handwriting with Hugh
- went through The Science of Cooking, a C16th Hungarian/Transylvanian cookbook, with Hugh, starting a new A&S project for Twelfth Night (theme: Eastern Europe)
- fixed the door of the hoop house with Hugh
- finished reading through the cookbook and started compiling the recipes we'd noted as possibilities
- ate a square of satay tofu as a snack
- started making dinner (with Hugh's help)
- continued reading the Transylvanian cookbook, did a bit of reading up about medieval Transylvania and Hungary to make sure that it qualifies for "Eastern Europe"
