Done:

• made my bed
• fed the cat
• breakfast, coffee, read Guardian, Feedly etc
• emptied the compost bucket
• dirty laundry round-up, put on a load of laundry (clothes)
• rang Venus and Mars to try to make appointments for the kids - left a message
• rang Bethany Smith to try to make an appointment for Dan - left a message
• B12 supplement, cleaned teeth
• brought in dry laundry from woodshed, sorted and put away
• hung out laundry #1 (plus extras that were in a basket), put in a new load of laundry (towels, linen)
• [11:30] put up Do Not Disturb sign - working on Alfonso
• talked to Beth re some concerns she had about Dan's Instagram content
• Bethany rang back, made appointment for 29 November 
• [1:00] stopped for lunch
• printed and read Szpiech on filiation and sonship
• hung out load of towels/linen
• printed and read Burns' intro to Stupor Mundi
• showered, changed broken bootlace in my Docs, got dressed to shoes, went wizarding with Dan
• went back to struggle with Alfonso some more, managed to write a new paragraph although I'm not entirely sure if it fits where I've got it
• [6:30] gave up braining for the day
