Done:
- breakfast, coffee
- distributed birthday presents for the Smoo
- assisted in the preparations for making the birthday breakfast request of Eggs Benedict (ie. working out how many of the ingredients we didn't have and sending Eric to buy them)
- finished writing Imbolc to Bealtaine retrospective on Old Briar Farm
- got into farm clothes
- did a tank's worth of slashing at the bottom of the leach field (including bracken/blackberries)
- showered and dressed to shoes
- made rainbow quinoa salad bowl with satay sauce for lunch
- researched raw vegan recipes
- made Hugh creamy tomato pasta for (late) lunch
- researched more raw recipes
- made 8 days' worth of amazeballs
- set Dan a challenge to go through their vegetarian recipe book and find some new recipes they thought they might like, and set a day each week (Friday) to teach them to cook
- made Massaman curry and put rice on to cook
